I used to maintain a list of wild food instructors here, but Green Deane at eattheweeds.com has taken over the charge and has a current, up-to-date list of who to talk to. This is the best way, in my opinion, to learn about wild foods. Of course, always double-check what an instructor says because we are all human….but the knowledge that is passed through direct contact with others who know, in an environment where you are touching and smelling the plant with someone who is telling you what it is and possibly how to use it….is priceless! May you grow on your journey with the plants….whether solitary or in community.

I have been looking looking around for this kind of information. Will you post some more in future? I’ll be grateful if you will.
